BVSc, MANZCVS (Small Animal Surgery)

Cherry graduated from her veterinary degree in 2014. Before joining us as a veterinary intern, she worked in a chain of mixed practices in the Riverina for over two and a half years as a general practitioner. Her patients were mainly companion animals and occasionally horses and small ruminants.

Cherry is passionate in improving animal health and welfare. She is particularly interested in small animal surgery and diagnostic imaging, as well as emergency and critical care. She hopes to continue to gain experience, skills and knowledge in her fields of interest and ultimately help and treat as many furry, four-legged friends as she can.

Cherry is a dog owner to Pebbles and a cat slave to Alfie who were both adopted as stray animals. Pebbles is an active staffy cross who is one of our blood donors and enjoys coastal walks alongside mum. Alfie on the contrary hates exercising but loves his cuddles, naps and food.
